1. First, uninstall whatsapp from your smartphone
2. Go to gmail application in order to create new gmail id on your device.
3. Once done, wait for some time depending on the speed of your internet connection for at least 30minutes.
4. Now go to Google playstore, check on the menu button of your Android device and choose “Account Setting”.
5. After that, go to the new gmail account and download WHATSAPP again.
6. Now open WHATSAPP and signinto your whatsapp account.
